The Pyrotect Carbon Fiber Sportmax DOT Helmet features mid air for additional clearance in the car. This comfortable helmet can be custom wired with PCI Exclusive Communication components. 

  • PCI Elite Wiring is a black 4 pin connector for Elite and Comlink X intercom systems.
  • PCI Trax wiring is a gray 5 pin connector for Trax stereo intercom systems.
  • PCI Elite Custom Wiring complete with microphone, large, high watt speakers and H2NO water resistant Pigtail.
  • DOT approved. Great for recreational use - not approved for racing.

As with all personal safety devices, helmet fit is vitally important and can increase the risk of injury if not properly fit. Carefully measure the head approximately one inch above the eyebrows across a point at the back of the head that gives the largest measurement. Please remember: Helmets will "break in" with use. It is important that the helmet fits as tight as one can comfortably withstand to wear.

Please see the charts below for helmet fitting. If you do not know your hat size, please take a cloth tape measure and measure around the circumference of your head, just above your brow line.

Sportmax Helmet

Just used this hemlet for the first time this past weekend in my rzr in mammoth. The location of the air inlet is perfect since I am tall and my head sits close to the roof of my cage. The air blows just the right amount on your face and keeps all the dust out. Can’t beat it for the price and quality. Looks good too👍🏻

I just noticed this brand new helmet that I just bought was manufactured in February 2022 is that normal? It’s already over three years old and helmets have a shelf life don’t they?

I like the helmet, midair works well and doesn't hit the roof of the RZR. Added the Trax electronics - great sound. Only negative is the helmet pads weren't put back correctly after the electronics were added at the store.
