PCI is not responsible for lost or damaged packages using our returns portal. If the value of the item you are shipping to PCI exceeds $100, you will need to visit a shipping store and fully insure your shipment. Please ship to PCI Race Radios, 6185 Phyllis Drive, Cypress, CA 90630 and include detailed notes about the service requested.

Use our returns portal below to generate a shipping label to send your item in for repair or service. The cost of this label will be added to your final total before shipping back to you. 

 

  • Please add the required return date into the comments before finalizing label if you have an upcoming race or event you need us to rush this for.
  • Please add in the comments the problem with each item as complete as possible to help the technician diagnose the issue. 
  • If technician determines your item can be repaired for $100 or less, the repair will be implemented. We will call for authorization for repair costs over $100. Please add notes in comments if you want a quote before any work is done.
  • Units are repaired in the order they are received. Standard Turnaround time for in house repairs is 10 business days, depending on the season. Units sent for factory work or requiring special order parts will take longer. Warranty covered GPS units will require factory return.
  • To help diagnose problems, include GPS Antenna modules when sending in the GPS screen.
  • PCI Race Radios is not responsible for equipment left over 60 days.
  • PCI only works on PCI equipment, if you are unsure of where you purchased your items, please call or email us. 
  • All repairs ship UPS Ground when complete. Add comments requesting expedited shipping, will call or trackside delivery.
