- Insert the card and if asked "Do you wish to change chart data selection to view inserted charts" Select yes.
- To change your GPS settings to show the satellite imagery on the HDS Live, Press Menu, Select More Options, Select Chart Options, Select Chart Detail, select Full. Select Photo Overlay and Select Full.
- When you change the map to be the satellite imagery - it is only reading that map. Your normal background mapping is not visible, only the area with the satellite imagery. To switch in between the two on the HDS Live, Press Menu, Select More Options, Select Chart Source. "C-MAP US..." is the factory map, "Lowrance" is usually the satellite imagery map.
I have the Lowrance I-way series the 250 and a 500/600C they are a very good at the time GPS. I liked them over most other GPS units that were out at the time. I used them in a old school sandrail and it was great with the overlay option you get all the data on the screen as you want. What caught my eye with the newer units is the split screens. I have looked at the ARIZONA LOWRANCE MAP V3 on my HDS and it is a very good up grade over the production maps. I am looking forward to using it once it cools down.
So far I have tried the map on two trails secret Pass Trail never even showed up! Nothing There at all!! second trail being the Chloride Mine trail, when I tried to zoom in the map became grainy and distorted. My opinion for $128 its a straight ripoff!!
Just used it today on my new Lowrance gps works great shows all the trails I rode today in Happy Jack
Great map for my Lowrance GPS. Exactly what I was looking for. Fast shipping.
Looking for the Colorado trail map SD card do you have it available or any Utah off road trails ( piutes)
