Bought this antenna in hopes of getting further distance from the stock antenna. I was switching between the 2 antenna's all day and there was no difference.

Increase in range and clarity
Installed these on our teams hand helds, noticed an improvement right away we gained about twice the range and it improved the audio quality as well. The antenna is also very flexible which is great when you have the radio in your pocket or bouncing around in the chase truck.
