When he jumps out of the truck, he can plug into this adapter, and talk to you while you navigate your way out of a sticky situation.
This was just what I needed to use a hand held with my helmet. The PCI guys helped me match a cord into my handheld ( an extra piece) very quick shipping since I needed it quick.
I suggest you add an extender cord to the helmet for easier hand held storage in the sxs or bike.
