Seems to be built well. The only thing I wish was different was the connection coming out of the back of the button. It comes straight out. I wish it came out at 90 degrees. On our last one (same model), the wires broke at this junction

These are quality PTT buttons! The red rubber covers keep water and dirt out and last a long time.
