Replacement Parts for No Ground Plane Antenna

I broke my PCI antenna base by accident. Fortunately I live very close to PCI when I walked into the shop I was greeted by the receptionist and she was very nice and helpful.The tech guy (I wish I knew his name to give a shout out) came out and greeted me with a smile and handshake. I told him what happened and showed him the broken part. He knew exactly what I needed and went to the back and He came back out with the parts I needed. The tech guy was super cool and knowledgable! So far my experience with PCI is perfect!

I put my buggy on it's lid & the base for the antenna got broke. I ordered the replacement parts from PCI online. They were delivered 2 days later! Can't beat that for service!!!

Vary helpful. Called them, said they have the part. Said they would hold it for me. Went there and picked it up. The guy even excepted a photo on his phone to ensure we were talking about same part needed! Awesome!!
