I have a prerunner that is very loud inside the cab. My Intercom system would not function properly due to the loud decibels and i would have to turn my squelch way down and back up to talk. Adding these PTT to my system made all the difference. I could not find a splitter for PTT and so i took it upon myself to cut (2) PTT ends and splice(solder)them together so my 3rd seat can get a PTT and stay in communication. Every thing worked better than expected. I also have a race radio interconnected. When my radio is on, PTT will broadcast through intercom and to radio if i wanted.
