I purchased this radio 2 days before I left on a 4 day guided trip. Thinking it was a plug and play type situation I replaced my old Kenwood PCI radio with this new version. The only thing that didn't work was the actual radio traslnsmission. I didn't know I had to also use the new radio to intercom jumper cable. I disconnected the one that was on the new radio and used the one already in my car. PCI was Contacted and thru their tech department my problem was solved and the cable I didn't use ( My Fault ) is on its way to my location. First class operation! Thanks.
